Townsend is the founder and award-winning Executive Producer of Fearless Company, a division of Haystack Needle.

Established in 2009, Fearless is a professional video production company comprised of hand-picked talent, including director-editors, super DPs, motion graphics artists, and a curated global network of local production teams. Fearless is proud to produce masterful conceptual videos, anthemic sizzle reels, documentary-style profiles, and quick-turn global talking head announcements, all executed flawlessly.

T has been a Producer or Executive Producer on several feature-length films, a few of which were documentaries. He loves the medium and is quick to champion the documentary process in any video — championing the authenticity, production quality, and value in the end edit.

Before Haystack, T held every level of producer and client management roles across several NYC-based production companies, motion graphics houses, and digital agencies. He also represented talent and developed the branding platform for the William Morris Agency.

T holds a double-major BA from Skidmore College and audio and design certifications from SVA and NYU. He splits his time between New York, Vermont, and Martha’s Vineyard.
