BG is passionate about producing videos that bring an organization's story to life. Her dedication to detail, strategy, and problem-solving inspires her clients and team.

Before working with Haystack Needle, BG spent two decades tackling marketing strategies for companies in professional services, education, healthcare, and the nonprofit sector. She advised brand strategies, client expansions, digital initiatives, and content marketing. Her early career in advertising led to managing marketing strategies for Boston Children’s Hospital. Other clients include TPG, Starwood, Martin Marietta, Citi, Royalty Pharma, CVS/Pharmacy, Lahey Health, Radeberger Beer, and many more.

BG balances dedication to her work with other primary passions; she’s a mother of three and a competitive sailor who has circumnavigated Newfoundland and twice completed the Newport Bermuda Race.

BG received her BA in Journalism from Saint Michael's College. She splits her time between the Boston area and Islesboro, Maine.
